Walk/bike to work, school and errands


According to In-Motion, only 15% of Canadian adults are physically active enough to obtain health benefits.  Use your daily commute to improve your health. 


Chose a route that has nice scenery and stay off the busy streets if possible.  That will help make your commute more fun.  Start by walking or biking one day a week.  Some Saskatchewan cities provide maps of their bike routes. Google maps also shows dedicated lanes, bike trails and bicycle friendly roads.
