Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to receive an update about SES’s previous financial year and vote on important matters.

You are invited to submit nominations for the election of SES’s Board of Directors. Board terms are staggered, with half of the board being elected at each AGM, for two-year terms. Nominees must have been an SES member for at least one year prior to running for a position on the board, and nominations must be received by April 14, 2026.

One week prior to the AGM, we will provide SES members via email: a copy of last year’s AGM minutes, biographies of members up for election, and 2025 draft audited financial statements. If you are an SES member who does not receive email and would like a copy of these documents, please contact the SES office.
