Create a green team

Why

Many of the positive changes we want to make at work will require many people to change their habits.  Getting a team together will help make this happen.

How

Your team should include staff from each level in the organization.  They need a leader who has the time and authority to get things done.  They also need communications people, and events coordinator(s).  And, of course, they need a budget.  The size of the budget will depend on the size of your organization and the scope of what the team will cover.
